■ REQUIREMENTS
- Enrolled or Graduated from 4 year University ( Automotive or Mechanical engineering preferred)
- Experience of automotive industry preferred
- Basic Knowledge in Automobile
- High communication skill
- Excellent skills in MS Office ( Word, Excel & PowerPoint )
- Good English skill
■ JOB OBJECTIVES
- Check & Monitor Customer Complaint Report(CCR) at MBK Dealer Portal
- Upload CCR & Direct contact into Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS)
- Support for administrative duties for 24h emergency service
